The coolest ugly car, Mercedes G-Class! I found it ugly and too utilitarian, but it is really cool! Since 1979, its shape never changed. You still don't have many common function, which can be found in each modern car but this does not deteriorates its image.

Aston Martin DB9 is not a new car but I just spotted this one yesterday at University of Birmingham. Even though it was registered on 2005, it still does look stunning! This car does not look that old :)

Car of the Day # 19 Mercedes SL65 AMG

This is a bit old photo, from 2007. It was one of the very rare SL65 AMGs sold in Istanbul, Turkey. As far as I remember, it was priced around € 500,000 or something due to high taxation. As you can see from the grill, it has distronic (radar guided cruise control), which also costs lots of money!

Car of the Day # 17 Jaguar XKR-S

This very unique Jaguar XKR-S was spotted at Canary Wharf Motor Show. Despite its interesting colour, this car is a monster! It produces 550 HP from its 5-lt supercharged engine and 4.4 seconds to reach 100kph. And much cheaper than its competitors, just £100,000! It is much cheaper than a Ferrari, Aston Martin, Mercedes AMG Family, and Porsche.

Car of the Day # 15 Audi R8C

This week's car is from the Audi Quattro Rooms in London. During the last MIPAA conference, I had chance to see this very rare Le Mans 1999 car. The pictures cannot describe the fascination of this vehicle. You can still see the details of the Le Mans race which this car took place.

Today's car is from year 2006, a Jeep Commander. Many people may not know this SUV. Jeep produced this ugly thing since 2006 until 2010 and realised that, it is ugly and useless.

Car of the Day # 10 Liebherr 1500

For the 10th week I have published something really amazing :) 16 wheeler Liebherr 1500 crane, capable of raising up to 84 meters and cruising in Brompton Road, Knightsbridge, London. For people who have no idea about this address, it is the road where the Harrods is (Luxury department store). This road is one of the most luxury places in UK and Liebherr crane is the last thing you are expected to see here, but I did it :)

Car of the Day # 8 Mercedes CLS and SL

I forgot to post Car of the Day photo yesterday.

This is the new CLS and the aging SL. Despite the age SL stills looks astonishing, CLS is one of the best designs of Mercedes-Benz.

Car of the Day # 7 Maybach 62

I found something interesting in my photo archive from 2005! A Maybach 62, the long one. At that year, it travelled all around the Mercedes-Benz dealers in Turkey to find someone who is willing to pay for €800,000 for a car. But it failed! As you the S-Class was cheaper and sharing many things in common, also the five zeros in price tag flatten out the motivation to buy one. Interestingly, it looks the same in 2011!
